• Wrong addresses or delivery to another address may incur a 25 address change fee.

All orders are usually shipped the same day or the next business day after payment is received. During peak seasons, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding holidays or days when we are closed.

14-Day Return Policy

Our customers are very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. We offer the following options for returned items:

• Exchange for other merchandise
• Credit toward future purchases
• Refund to your credit card

The only costs to you are the shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. Below are the conditions for a refund:

• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
• All original packaging, poly bags, display boxes, and hang tags must be included.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse. For this reason, we recommend purchasing insurance and obtaining a tracking number before shipping the package back to us.

Cancelled Orders

If you decide to cancel an order while it is in transit, you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Once a package is shipped, it is subject to shipping fees both to and from your location. Cancelled orders are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us before returning your merchandise.
