What is Lavnov’s Return Policy?
Lavnov accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your package. If you do not request a return within this period, we are unable to process a refund due to our policy.
If you are eligible for a return, please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. The returned goods and packaging should be in good condition.
If the return is due to a product malfunction, please take photos or videos of the item and contact us. We will cover return shipping costs and issue a refund, or offer to reship a new item with a discount.
How do I start the return process?
To begin the return process, please email support@lavnov.com with your order number and reason for the return. You must contact us first to obtain the correct return address.
What if I don’t have my order number?
To locate your order number, provide us with your email address, full name, and shipping address. Your order number can also be found in your Lavnov account, on your packing slip, or in order confirmation emails.
How should I package my return?
Use a sturdy cardboard box for your return and include a note with your order ID inside. Protect your item with packing materials such as packing peanuts or bubble wrap to avoid transit damage. Returns damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Obtain the Return Address?
Please get in touch with Lavnov directly via email at support@lavnov.com to obtain the correct return address before sending your item back. Note that our return address differs from the original shipping label.
How long will Lavnov take to process my return?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. Approved refunds are issued within 48 hours. Refund times vary depending on your financial institution—typically 2-3 business days for US credit cards, and 5-7 business days for international cards.

If I return my order, must I also return any gifts?
You may keep any gifts received with your order.
Does Lavnov provide return labels?
We do not provide return shipping labels or cover return shipping costs except in specific situations, such as defective or incorrectly shipped items.
What happens if my return is lost in the mail?
Keep your tracking number until your return is processed. Taking a photo of your courier’s return receipt may help if your package is lost. Refunds are not issued for items not safely returned to Lavnov, but a claim may be opened if delivery is confirmed via tracking.
Why might I not receive a full refund?
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply in certain cases. Customers bear shipping fees for returns due to personal reasons or errors. Lavnov covers shipping fees for returns due to our errors or defective products.
