6. Warranty Policy

Lavnov products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Unauthorized modification

• Misuse or improper handling

• Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and issue documentation.

7. Returns & Refund Policy

Lavnov provides a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused

• Original packaging must be included

• A return request must be submitted within 14 days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a digital translation binding code has been activated, that digital portion is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after product inspection.

8. Digital Services & Binding Codes

Certain products include digital activation or translation binding codes.

Upon activation:

• The code becomes permanently linked to the activated device

• Codes cannot be transferred once used

• Activated digital services are non-refundable

Lavnov may provide assistance at its discretion in cases of device replacement.

• Branding

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Translation accuracy may vary depending on network conditions, language pairs, and environmental factors. Lavnov does not guarantee 100% translation accuracy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Dispute Resolution

Customers agree to contact Lavnov directly to resolve disputes before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

We are committed to resolving issues in good faith.

13. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer data and only collect information necessary to process orders and provide support.
